Juice Box Yoga Front Desk Application

Please indicate your availability for each day by marking the times you can work in the AM and PM slots. We require availability for at least three shifts a week, including one weekend shift, and at all three studio locations **(shift start and end times may vary depending on class schedules and the time it takes to close the studio down).**

AM Availability (7:00 am – 12:00 pmish)

PM Availability (3:00 pm – 9:00 pmish)
